Wasting no time after their former band Defenestration split up two years ago guitarists Rob Reeves and Scott Warner almost instantly teamed up with Adam Fowkes (vocals), Michael Kelly (bass) and Alex Smith (drums) to create Gunning For Goliath.

The first fruits of recording sessions with producer Joe Gibb (Funeral For A Friend, Jane’s Addiction, Million Dead), this download-only single flags up an astonishing new force on the UK metal scene. The room-filling sound created by the band crashes around Fowkes’ powerful and melodic vocals, enveloping the listener.

With tour dates booked and an album ready to go, you can expect to see plenty more from these guys this year.
