Recorded in sunny Spain with legendary producer Flood, Mumm-Ra follow up a highly successful stint on the NME Awards Tour - where they held their own alongside The Authomatic, The View and The Horrors - with their debut album, These Things Move In Threes.

It’s plain to see straight away why people are getting so excited about this band. The album is a little indie gem, just waiting to be discovered. Songs like This Is Easy, The Sick Deal and Song B stand out with glorious pop hooks, wry smiles and (in the case of The Sick Deal) Bond-theme violins.

At a time when everyone is turning up the treble and playing around with slight variations on the same riffs, Mumm-Ra have nipped round the corner to do something else. Now they’re trying to get us to follow them. Those who do will be rewarded, those who don’t will be crushed to death by their own jeans.
