Gigs Are Free At The ICA in July

iTunes has announced that it will take over the ICA in London for the whole of July to host a series of free gigs.

Among over 60 acts booked to perform are Mika (who will kick off proceedings on the 1st July), Mutya, Amy Winehouse, Stereophonics, Editors, Travis, Groove Armada, Ash, Crowded House, Beverley Knight and Athlete.

Tickets will be distributed via the official iTunes Festival website via some kind of lottery system. Tickets are likely to be in very high demand, so seats at the 350-capacity ICA will be filled quickly. But fear not, iTunes will be recording each show and selling it through, er, iTunes.
