Since the release of his last album, Punk Rock High Roller in 2000, Jacknife Lee has become a producer in demand. His massively popular remix of Eminem’s Cleaning Out My Closet was many people’s introduction to his work and subsequently he has produced albums by U2, Kasabian, Snow Patrol, Bloc Party and Editors.

With this new single he proves that his skills don’t just lie behind the mixing desk but as a songwriter, too. Making Me Money comes with a simple premise - “I really love it and it’s making me money”. The music is less simple, taking twists and turns all over the place; simple electro is joined by dusty slide guitar before thunderous drums and crunchy guitars kick everything else out of the way.
